Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Health Lives Here app and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent. Your account and the personal data associated with it — including health and wellness data, journal entries, chat history, and profile information — are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email support@nupathapp.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will verify the request and delete the account.

What is deleted and what may be retained

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data from our systems. Limited records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example, records of the deletion itself), as described in our Privacy Policy.
