Health Lives Here is the first live deployment of the NuPath AI platform, built with NFL Alumni Health, Tollo Health and DataMEDS AI. We introduced it to a community, then to the players, and now to everyone.

Health Lives Here launched quietly alongside the NFL Draft, bringing activations, education, and conversations with former players and families. Pro Football Hall of Famer Rod Woodson introduced the initiative as spokesperson.
August 6, 2026 · Launch to players
Pro Football Hall of Fame Game, Canton
At the Hall of Fame Game, the app went live for former NFL players through Tollo Health and NFL Alumni Health. It was the first real deployment of the NuPath AI platform, for people managing recovery, long-standing injuries, sleep, stress, and long-term wellness all at once.

The Health Lives Here app opens to sports fans and the general public. Same platform, same holistic model: nutrition, mental health, fitness, sleep, and wearable data read together instead of in silos.
